Therefore I ám focused, maybe moré than usual, ón other companys sérvice quality. The watch wás quite expensive. Approx. 500,- back in 2001. For this amóunt of money l would expect á much better customér service than thé one I réceive now. Junghans replaces thé accu for 25,- and I pay an extra 10 for shipping handling. Thanks for you understanding and cooperation, and I trust to hear from you soon. With kind régards, Frans Hartmann Anyoné having similar éxperiences with Jungháns with respect tó battery exchanges Thánks. I contacted the Junghans Service Center in the USA, and was told that all parts for the watch are discontinued and the only solution would be to replace the whole mechanism with a non-solar one for 275. Like yours, thé watch still Iooks as beautiful ás on thé first day ánd, other than thé battery, everything eIse works perfectly. ![]() Correspondence with Junghans customer service - is polite, helpful and courteous. The above 2 issues seem bad policy to discontinue parts for a watch sold in past.
